IMPORTANT

For registration, in accordance with Italian Law, all Guests must present upon arrival a valid photo identification document (Identity Card - Passport for Non-European Union Citizens). For stays with minors, it is necessary for the Guest to present an official document confirming paternity, maternity, or guardianship.

Failure to present valid documents will result in the cancellation of the stay without refund of the prepaid amounts, therefore it is recommended to send personal documents in advance, via fax or email, which will be shown upon arrival.

Medical Guard

  • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    1. During their stay at the Holiday Home and in the related areas, all Guests must comply with all the Holiday Home Rules and any other instructions from Management aimed at the safety and safeguarding of Guests, Aurora View Resort s.r.l. Employees, and the structure itself, as well as its assets, including ancillary areas (private beach).
    2. Guests are required to notify Management of any complaints, anomalies, or malfunctions as soon as possible.
    3. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of minors accompanying them at any time, as well as for any behavior that may disturb other residents in the vicinity. In each studio apartment, the maximum number of occupants is two people, including minors (no extra beds or makeshift beds are available, each room is equipped with a fold-out double bed).
    4. Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing occupants of neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
    5. Excessive noise or disrespectful behavior is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of the amount paid for rent, and an additional cost deducted from the deposit amount paid.
    6. Guests must avoid any kind of disrespectful behavior towards other residents.
    7. Guests must comply with Italian Law and Local Municipal Regulations during their stay at the property and in the ancillary areas.
    8. Pets are not allowed on the property for hygiene and tranquility reasons for all guests. The exception is made for guide dogs (regularly certified and vaccinated) for the blind.
    9. The use of the pool area is reserved for guests occupying rooms on the upper floor, as specified in the room price list.
    10. It is prohibited to connect unauthorized tools or appliances to the structure's electrical system, with the exception of cell phones, computers, and medical devices.
    11. All damages and breakages to the structure and its property must be reported immediately to Management.
    12. It is prohibited to remove property belonging to the Holiday Home. Theft will be prosecuted by law.
    13. Porterage services are not provided.
    14. For the use of the kitchenette, available in each room, and other provided appliances, it is recommended to read the instructions provided by Management. A laundry room is available for a fee.
    15. Towels, shower towels, and bed linen are provided upon arrival. The change of towels and bed linen is carried out weekly by Management.
    16. Only one beach towel is provided per guest for the duration of the stay.
    17. A "welcome kit" consisting of a shampoo, soap, and mineral water package is provided by Management for each guest. Any additional requests will be charged according to the price list provided by Management.
    18. Each studio apartment is equipped with pots and pans sufficient for two people.
    19. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas; however, all rooms are equipped with a private terrace or private garden where smoking, although not encouraged by Management, is left to the discretion of the Guests. Guests must respect the environment as well as fire safety regulations and use the ashtrays provided by Management.
    20. Room cleaning is carried out every morning between 09:30 and 11:00 (9:30 AM/11:00 AM).
    21. Failure to present valid documents upon arrival (see initial note paragraph) will result in the cancellation of the stay without refund of prepaid amounts; therefore, it is recommended to send personal documents in advance via fax or email, which will be shown upon arrival.
  • VISITORS

    Only paying guests who are properly registered will have access to the property.







  • USE OF PROPERTY
    1. Parties and large gatherings of any nature are strictly prohibited inside the property and in ancillary areas. Any consent may be agreed upon with Management, in compliance with safety regulations and only in the case of specific rental of the entire property and/or ancillary areas.
    2. Guests are responsible for separate waste collection, in line with Municipal Regulations, using the containers provided by Management. It is strictly forbidden to deposit waste outside of specific containers.
    3. Whenever Guests leave the Holiday Home, even for a short period, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to ensure the security of the property and prevent any damage caused by rainwater. Lights, air conditioning, and appliances such as television must be turned off for energy saving and safety purposes. Guests are encouraged to avoid water waste: showers and faucets must be closed when not in use, and their closure checked before leaving the room.
    4. The pool can only be used without disturbing other Guests, with particular respect for tranquility during resting hours. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard; safety and hygiene are the responsibility of each individual guest. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Diving is prohibited. The use of swim fins, glass masks, and bulky items such as air mattresses and flotation devices is prohibited; the use of inflatable arm bands is allowed. It is mandatory to use the shower before entering the pool. For safety or hygiene reasons, the property reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to prohibit the use of the pool.
    5. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use glass objects even in the area surrounding the pool.
    6. Nudism and offensive behavior contrary to decency in public are not allowed out of respect for other guests.
    7. The use of barbecues is prohibited.
    8. It is prohibited to remove utensils and furnishings from the room. Taking the towels provided from the room to the beach or pool is prohibited; special beach towels will be provided.
    9. Direct access to the coastline (public beach) is free at all times.
    10. People with disabilities who are not fully self-sufficient must be accompanied by a support person; if the support person does not stay in the room with the disabled person, the cost of an additional room will be charged. The presence of disabled or not fully self-sufficient individuals must be reported at the time of booking.
  • RESERVATION

    It is conveniently possible to book directly on the website https://www.auroraviewresort-mascali.it.

    Phone reservations are accepted at the number…. Phone reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours by email, fax, or SMS with the names and surnames of the guests and the number and type of identification document. A telephone number must be provided for any communications. It is mandatory to make a bank transfer of 200 (two hundred) euros as a deposit to Aurora View Resort s.r.l within 24 hours of confirmation (IBAN…). The reservation will be valid from the date of receipt of the transfer; it is the responsibility and obligation of the Management to immediately confirm it. The deposit will only be refunded in the case of justified reasons, in any case only with notice given 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

    Reservations are accepted via email at the address auroraviewresort@gmail.com. In the email, it is mandatory to provide the names and surnames of the guests with their corresponding number and type of identification document. Reservations via email must be confirmed with the advance payment of the stay through a bank transfer to Aurora View Resort s.r.l within 24 hours of the reservation email (IBAN…). The reservation will be valid from the date of receipt of the transfer; it is the responsibility and obligation of the Management to immediately confirm it. Advanced payments will only be refunded in the case of justified force majeure reasons if supported by supporting documents, such as a medical certificate. In any case, cancellations without prior notice 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not be accepted. In any case, a deductible equal to the value of one night's stay as per the reservation will be retained.

    Reservations through websites where Aurora View Resort is accredited will follow the procedures indicated in the advertisement or, in the absence of such, the procedures of the Provider.






  • TARIFFS

    The rates and contractual rules for various accommodation options and seasons are updated and available on the website https://www.auroraviewresort-mascali.it and displayed at the entrance of the resort.

    Rates are per room, not per person.

  • CHECK IN/OUT

    Check-in is available after 2:00 pm (14:00) until 11:00 pm (23:00). Arrivals after 11:00 pm (23:00) must be pre-arranged with Management at least 24 hours in advance, and an extra charge of €30 will be applied.

    Check-out must be strictly done by 1:00 pm (13:00).

  • SUBSIDIARY REGULATIONS

    Guests must adhere to the safety regulations for fires or emergencies displayed in each room.

  • GUEST GOODS
    • The Management is not responsible for unattended belongings.
    • The Management is only responsible for damages caused by its own fault based on a settlement agreement or within the limits compensated by the Insurance Company of Aurora View Resort.
  • DISPUTES

    If not resolved amicably, disputes will be subject to Italian law and regulations in force at the time of the dispute. The competent jurisdiction will be that of Catania (Italy)..

  • PRIVACY

    The Management complies with all legal privacy regulations as required by Italian law.
